Gemma Don't ever use that small table saw again. Simon should never let you near that nor should he. You need to watch a few woodworking table saw safety and accident results. I have been doing this for 45 years and I would even think of using such a peice of dangerous crap.

Maybe you could do the RUclips Finger Snap to get the starboard side to the same state as the port side. Then put in a few deck beams, another finger snap, then you could put in the deck. Think how much time you could save!

8:12, Either restore it ton fully functional, or find another one that the body is better and salvage all the parts from this one to get one restored.

Great to see the work you're doing! I'm wondering - have you considered doing just a partial restoration to original, such as original type stanchions, original type deck boards, etc, so that if you ever decide to take it to original, those parts will already be done?

That motor has to come out with that much water/rust the bearings will be compromised you are wasting time and effort trying to "fix it "

Great to see all the amazing work you are both doing. Just a thought to be aware of areas where rats have been. In and around the water Weils disease could be lurking. Often overlooked as we all get on with daily life afloat, but it is a nasty disease, and worth being mindful of its existence. Best of luck and keep up the good work
